Market Close 2 Nov 22: ASX 200 lifts for a third day

Market Close 2 Nov 22: The Australian sharemarket edged higher in cautious trade ahead of what’s likely to be another large rate hike in the US tomorrow morning. The ASX 200 is currently on a three-day winning streak and hit a 7-week high.
