Chances Are You Have Probably Met a Fae Being
For some of us, we know we have met or seen a fae being, but others of us are not quite sure. Maybe there is a memory we have as a child of a being that looked like a sparkle or little person. Maybe the spirit of a tree showed themselves to us for a few moments. If we want to connect with them, they will usually try to connect with us and see of we are paying attention.
Following the Cycles of Nature With the Wheel of the Year
In this episode I talk a bit about why and how I follow the cycles of nature. I also look at what it means to use the "Wheel of the Year" which is heavily talked about in Druid, Wiccan and other animistic spiritual paths. A wonderful contemporary Druid writer and artist that I read and respect has created a template that we can use to get us started. The Sentience of Trees
Trees love it when we communicate and interact with them. They will reciprocate by reaching out to us, literally with their branches, or with their energy. Young folks are finding this out and sharing their experiences on social media. It gives me great hope.
The Deva of Blackberries
I learn what it like to share space with blackberries, their sweetness and thorns. I go right to the Deva as source for their unique point of view and find quite a surprise.
Being in This Time of Letting Go
We are in the midst of an unraveling and a quickening. This is happening on a collective level as institutions are crumbling and the ways things have been done for centuries are becoming redundant and unsustainable. This is of course being mirrored in our own personal lives through our relationships with others and ourselves. When we cling too tightly to the things that we have, we are not getting the chance to grow and evolve. We can be fixed on our attachment to our material possessions, to the relationships that we have emotionally invested in, and the structure and format of how we do things.
