How has that gone so far? What is the inital feedback? Nakos will discuss how teams are experiencing the new rules. Beyond that, has it begun to make NIL more transparent and fair? The rising juniors will be putting together the most important film of their high school careers for most of them as the majority of their offers will happen after this season. With that in mind, we're getting Penn State fans acquainted with the Pennsylvania players they need to know before that happens. Which prospects are at the top of the recruiting board?
