Love, Dynamics, and Relationship Paradigms in BDSM

We've explored a few aspects of kink and many of the guests I've spoken with have alluded to dynamics. A dynamic is a relationship paradigm that exisits in BDSM, and D/s, which is styalized as capital D Domme/sub alluding to the power imbalance between the Dominant and submissive, is the particular dynamic we are exploring today. I feel it's important to note that dynamics aren't relationships in the way that traditional romantic relationship are viewed. While there is a romantic relationship paradigm in BDSM, which is called a FLR or Female Led Relationship, a dynamic is all about the power exchange first and foremost - though Dommes may include the romantic relationship aspects if they so choose.
