Welcome to this new series on GP Excellence brought to you by the Greater Manchester Primary Care Provider Board. As part of Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, the Primary Care Provider Board support all of the 67 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across Greater Manchester.
