Where to Start When Decluttering
I want you to think about this. Do you feel as though a certain room in your house is so disorganized and messy? That it's honestly a moot point? When you talk to yourself - do you say... It's going to be exactly as it was before AND dang it - you just spent so much time and energy organizing and doing all the things to make this room look presentable.!!Does this sound familiar? So, instead of reorganizing the same stuff over and over again then I want to encourage you to remove the excess and then organize. Today, I want to walk with you through some steps to encourage you and to motivate you to tackle that daunting room, that cabinet, that drawer -- shoot ANY space. This little formula works for any single space in your house. It could be a basket in your office, a drawer in your kitchen, your makeup drawer/ cabinet but start small. Set a little timer for however long feels comfortable for you and get after it. Clean! It! Out! XXOO,Lis

The Art of Saying No
Do you feel like you say yes to everyone and everything? Are you exhausted? Are you fried? Are you frazzled?I'm guessing you are nodding your head yes...So that means you're often grumpy & crabby because all of these commitments seem to hit at once. These events/commitments all seem to happen within a four-day period, at least in my life!! LOLSo, today, want to talk to you about saying no! Saying no doesn't make you a bitch. I promise. It doesn't make you a meany.Just look at it this way -- when you think about saying yes to someone realize that it's taking away from time your family, with your children, with people that mean the most to you.Love you!Lishello@yestoless.lifeWebsiteInsta
Morning Routines for Beginners
Think about this! If you set your alarm 15 to 20 minutes earlier, you could have a little bit of time to sit with a cup of tea, to sit my cup of coffee, & gather your thoughts for the day.And think about how you want to approach, whatever you have going on that day. You can choose, am I going to be hectic and scattered and stressed, or am I going to be methodical about it and be like, Hey, I know this is coming up, what's the best way to approach it? Let's get a game plan and move forward. And I promise you that by being super intentional with that little bit of time your family will see a difference in you, the way you react, the way you communicate, and then you're going to start craving it. Then you'll want more and more of it. I promise. So take this little nugget of advice, set your alarm just a little bit earlier.Go to bed just a little bit earlier and then let me know how you feel because I think it's such a building block for my day and I know it could be such a building block for your day too!XXOO,Lishello@yestoless.lifeWebsiteInsta
