What have I learnt after heading the recruitment process of hiring dozens of pharmacists in the last 12 months alone. After reading through over 300 CVs and applications, interviewing dozens of pharmacists and assessed clinical competencies, I share some insider information on what employers look for in a pharmacist for their PCN or GP surgery.
