Is Roman Catholicism A False Religion?

In approaching this question, one must examine whether the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church align with the authoritative Word of God or whether they stand in opposition to it. This episode will therefore analyze key doctrinal issues—such as justification, authority, the sacraments, and the role of Mary and the saints—in light of Scripture. The goal is not to attack individuals within the Roman Church, many of whom are sincere in their devotion, but to test the system itself against the truth revealed in God’s Word. For if the gospel is distorted, then eternal souls are at stake.
