Q3 - Walloon Lake
I recorded this episode while kayaking on Lake Walloon. It was an interesting experience. Being on the water at 6 am made me feel more comfortable and eager to talk shit. I hope you all enjoy this one. Video version available at https://youtu.be/wZuMPugDkpc

Antisocially Crowded
Episode 1 of my life under quarantine. Quick bites of what I think is really going on with Coronavirus. I am hoping that there wont be too many of these guest-less episodes. Anyway enjoy this one. I went for a quick walk to avoid cabin fever. Stay clean and stay home I guess.
Novela Talk - Jesus Walle
Hey people, we are back for episode 17. Today we are talking to Jesus Walle. Jesus is a fellow latino artist. We studied together at CCAD and have been in a group show together. This is our first long form conversation we have ever had. We harped on what it was like growing up as first gen latino americans, visiting our native countries, how all of that impacts our creative process.
Tima Kaba - @vientimz
Welcome back for episode 16. In this one we are talking to Tima Kaba, @vientimz on Insta. Tima and I met on the set of a film where we were extras. Immediately we hit it off and started talking about everything from school to family and how she is interested in starting her own podcast. On her journey to self actualization Tima started a project called We Sanctuary, that aims to destigmatize mental health and promote wellness. This became a huge part of our conversation as Tima and I pointed out a lot of the unorthodox or sometimes even unhealthy coping mechanisms passed down to us by our families and cultures. This episode is definitely one of my favorites. Tima has provided us with some solid ways to practice positive mental health habits that I will for sure be using and I hope yall do too.
