50 - Momentum - your secret weapon

When there’s momentum, you don’t have to work so hard to create energy/engagement/depth/fun, which leads to an environment you and those around you can't get enough of. Everyone knows when there’s energy, and everyone knows when there’s NOT energy. Amongst groups, momentum is THE “It” factor. When there’s momentum, you hear people say things like, “Wow, that was better than I expected.” “There’s something special happening there.” “I can’t wait to be back.” When there’s momentum people tell their friends, they prioritize their calendars, they stay longer than they expected, and they want to be a part. But here’s the thing. Momentum is only helpful if you know one thing: where you are going. Take a listen and I will help you understand momentum, identify an area that needs momentum, and know why it needs momentum.
