200. Part 3 - The Truth: Sexuality, Situationships & All That Other Stuff with Justyn Smith
The Truth is a three part series that concludes the Networking With Michelle podcast. I have grown and shared a lot of the years. Although it wasn't formally planned, I figured this is the best way to conclude the show. The Truth: Sexuality, Situationships & All That Other Stuff For this episode I called on my good friend Justyn Smith to discuss all things relationships focused on me. Yeah, I've done relationship episodes in the past, but I've never discussed myself. Justyn and I have an intimate conversation on cultural and sexuality. 198. Part 1 - The Truth: Authenticity, Transparency, Vulnerability
The Truth is a three part series that concludes the Networking With Michelle podcast. I have grown and shared a lot of the years. Although it wasn't formally planned, I figured this is the best way to conclude the show. The Truth Part 1: Authenticity, Transparency, Vulnerability The buzzwords authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability circulate, but do we know the difference. This is my last rant where I share with you what these words mean to me. Authentic - true to one's self. Transparent - honest and open, not secretive. Vulnerability - letting ourselves be seen for who we are. "Vulnerability is about showing up and being seen. It's tough to do that when we're terrified about what people might see or think." Brene Brown Authenticity combined with vulnerability leads to transparency. Find your authentic voice. What you share is your decision. Honor your personal truth.
