Wormwood and the Rapture

Today I’m talking about something absolutely stunning - the asteroid Apophis and its potential connection to the Bible prophecy about Wormwood (Revelation 8:10–11). NASA confirms this massive asteroid (1,200 feet wide, 20 million metric tons, traveling 28,000 mph) will arrive April 13th, 2029, coming within 20,000 miles of Earth. My dear friend Tom Horn had a prophetic dream years ago hearing “Apophis”—later discovering it’s an ancient Egyptian demon of chaos. Why would NASA choose that name?Here’s the incredible math: if Apophis represents Revelation chapter 8’s mid-Tribulation asteroid, counting back three and a half years on the Jewish calendar brings us to October 13th, 2025—when the Tribulation could begin. That means the Rapture would happen between now and then, possibly during this year’s Feast of Trumpets (September 22–24). If the seven-year Tribulation runs 2025-2032, Jesus returns exactly 2,000 years after His crucifixion in 32 AD. I’m not setting dates, but this generation must be watching and ready!In today’s Q&A segment, I address questions from my End Times Answers book and viewer submissions. Questions included: How can someone know they’re truly saved after asking Jesus into their heart hundreds of times? Are the mansions Jesus is preparing in Heaven literal or metaphorical since our resurrection bodies won’t need sleep? 1 Corinthians 15:50–58: “Behold, I Tell You a Mystery”

Today we’re continuing our study of the three main rapture texts in the New Testament, moving from John 14:1–3 to 1 Corinthians 15:50–58. This is the great resurrection chapter where Paul defends bodily resurrection against the Corinthians’ dualistic view that only the spirit was good while the body was evil. They believed in Jesus’ Resurrection but denied their own future resurrection, so Paul proves that if there’s no general resurrection, then even Jesus hasn’t been raised.What captivates me most about this passage is Paul’s revelation of a “mystery”—newly revealed information that had never been disclosed before. This mystery is stunning: “We shall not all sleep, but we will all be changed.” For the first time in human history, Paul reveals there will be an entire generation that won’t taste physical death! This transformation will happen “in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye”—either the time it takes to blink or for light to reflect off your eye—but either way, it’s instantaneously fast.Notice there are no signs given for this event, unlike Matthew chapter 24’s detailed signs for the Second Coming. The Rapture is signless and can happen at any moment. Our current bodies of “flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God,” so we need new imperishable, immortal bodies like Jesus’ glorious resurrection body. But here’s what I love most: Paul always gives practical application. A.I. Validates What Jesus Knew About the Book of Daniel

I want to share a stunning discovery today that drives a nail in the coffin of one of the most persistent attacks against Bible prophecy. For almost 1,700 years, since a pagan philosopher named Porphyry in the 3rd century AD, many scholars have claimed the Book of Daniel was written after the events it “predicts” already happened. They call this ex eventu or “after the fact,” claiming Daniel is really history masquerading as prophecy.This matters enormously because Daniel is the key prophetic book in the Old Testament—often called the Old Testament Book of Revelation. But researchers using AI machine learning called “Enoch” have conclusively dated a Dead Sea Scroll copy of Daniel (manuscript 4Q114) to be at least 100 years earlier than previously believed—placing it firmly in the 3rd century BC. This means Daniel couldn’t possibly have been written in the 2nd century BC as skeptics have claimed, since we now have copies existing before those events even occurred! This powerfully supports the traditional 530 BC date when Daniel himself wrote it in Babylon.
