Why History Repeats Itself and What to Do About It

We have all heard the adage that history repeats itself. It’s usually used as a warning to take heed of the things that are going wrong so that they do not happen again. But from the standpoint of the law of attraction, what we focus on grows, and it’s not so much that history repeats, but that we are continually re-creating it based on our interpretations of the past and what we have been conditioned to expect in the future. In this episode, we explore these seemingly repeating patterns in our lives and in the collective, and how we can learn to shift our focus and responses to create a better future moving forward. This is a conversation about awareness, intuition, and learning to respond from love rather than fear, because the future isn’t fixed and every moment gives us a chance to choose differently.
