Each time to stop midway you lose momentum and then have to take more time to remember where you were when you pick it back up again. Don't start it until you can complete it. 3.9.21 Revisit Our Commitments
This week is so powerful. As we dive deeper into Clearing Our Mind, we are revisiting our commitments. What we commit to determines our path. If you aren't getting the results you desire, this will be a very powerful week. Be open to have an honest look at what you are choosing to commit to and your level of commitment. This is about freeing up time and stop beating yourself up for not fully applying yourself to what you'll say you do. It may simply be your level of commitment hasn't been identified. We break commitment into 3 levels. Once we know our level of commitment we then know how much time something really takes. This is the muscle that will help you master your time, your calendar and staying on course heading in your right direction. You are your own best barometer. The Practice this week... Go through your commitments. Choose your level of commitment and look at how much time it's taking in your day, week or month. Ask yourself: Do I have enough time set aside for it? Is it taking me where I want to go? De-committing is also a great option too. Revisit them and decide how you want it to be.
