During this episode we will recognize stress is a natural part of life and we sometimes have only limited control over stress, we'll identify stressors in our own lives and explore ways to cope with those stressors, understand when unrealistic expectations are placed on children and ourselves, it can create stress onvall family members, learn to identify signs of stress in children, understand ways in which we can help children develop their own coping skills for dealing with stress, recognize ways in which families and their members can support one another during times of stress, recognize ways in which families can gain support within the community during times of stress.
