Hey there, it's me, Dr. Melva, if you are a return listener I appreciate you returning this week, if you are just joining--Welcome!--after so many weeks of consistency, last week an episode was not published. No excuse, only acknowledgement. Imperfection, progress... because as I type this at 11:47 pm on 11/23/22 on Thanksgiving eve we are on track to release an episode this week.  #smallwins lead to #bigwins "This is Love," was recorded on Sep 12 2022, and as I was looking for the next episode to release... this was it. Sadly our local area experienced a mass shooting late last evening (about 15 min from my house and an area we spend quite a bit of time) and our hearts are heavy and prayers continue for the families affected. Time for An Executive Assistant

Time for an Executive Assistant! The Title of this week's episode is quite fitting--- physician entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship is about PIVOT-ing, "done is better than perfect," letting go of analysis by paralysis... in other words... this week there is no fancy intro or outro... beautifully crafted description... Nope.. just the raw unedited episode that I recorded while cutting apples, laundry going in the background on a Friday morning.
