An Intro to Cognitive Therapi
An explanation of the purpose and reason behind developing Cognitive Therapi.
Week 1: Focus
In our first week we talk about focus, and the way in which our thoughts guide our health through the creation of our environment and the expression of genes.
Week 2: Self-Communication
This week we talk about self-communication and the role it plays in creating our reality. We also talk about the importance of trials and challenges and how they help us learn more about ourselves.
Week 3: Our Emotions
In this session of Cognitive Therapi we talk about emotions and the message every cell in our body is trying to give us when we experience less pleasant emotions. We also talk about love, anger and how we should respond when we’re the recipients of harsh communication. Additionally, we provide techniques to help reconcile strong emotions.
Week 4: Observing Our Thoughts
This week we talk about observing our thoughts. We explain the way in which the brain records information and the mechanisms the brain has in place to protect the body. We also talk about the meaning behind different emotions, such as insecurity, anger, guilt and other strong emotions.
