Meet Gibson Craig, eleven years old. He is struggling to deal with his overly-zealous parents who make him go to service and worship the god Roth. Is Roth real? Is what they teach the truth? And what aren’t his parents telling him?

As the Roth attack the Craig household, Gibson hides upstairs till the end. When it's all over and Gibson has no one left, Jason Phelps introduces him to the elusive resistance group called Red Horizon.

Seventeen Years Later… Major Gibson Craig leads his men as part of Red Horizon. They encounter a rival group of freedom fighters. They both fight against the Roth so they must be on the same side… Right?

Mic Deko, an interrogator for the Roth uses some unorthodox methods of extracting information from a prisoner. Meanwhile, Craig and the Cobalt Unit strategize on how best to take the Roth-controlled city of Old Salem.

Chariot and Merana are students at the Roth University at Atlanta GA. They are both studying to become Silers, a term used to describe the healers and miracle-workers of the Roth. But there’s more to Chariot’s story than she’s letting on…
