The plot is rather complicated but essentially, Ralph and the gang have to foil the plot of some oil tycoons who are trying to get their hands on a microchip that contains valuable information that could change the fossil fuel industry forever. Ralph also has to prevent his mom from marrying a dangerous con man who is being chased by dangerous corporate criminals.
