Jan 11th, 2024 3:24 AM

had one of my online clients say to me it’s been interesting listening to my podcast & just seeing how much he noticed my podcast has improved. He went on to tell me from the first few episodes to the 6th, 7th & 8th he could see I’ve grown in confidence & the episodes have improved a lot. Do New Year resolutions work?

Dec 22nd, 2023 5:48 AM

feel new year resolutions don’t really work as they tend to be short based goal that may not be achievable in the time frame you’ve given yourself to hit your goal. The all or nothing approach tends to lead to failure & you stop & give up. We need to invest in long term goals that take our time to achieve with less pressure put on ourselves with a quick fire new years goal that gives instant gratification, but may be out of reach. Making time to be a fit parent who exercises for there mental & physical well being will put you in such a better position to handle being a parent & the things we tackle daily being a parent. I know once I’ve gone & done my gym session or bike ride I’ve gone & done something for myself & got any stressful shit our during that session & it allows me to be such a better Dad & parent. I’m more patient, understanding & have energy to go & play with my kids because I’m fit, strong & calm from my training. What to do over the silly season.

Dec 6th, 2023 6:30 AM

What a great time of year to celebrate Xmas & the New year. We would of all put up the Xmas tree by now & welcoming some time of work. Looking forward to the work Xmas party’s, gym Xmas party & New Year’s party are approaching I here it a bit around this time of the year where people are starting to say there’s to much going on & they start to take the foot of the pedal a bit when it comes to there mental & physical health. It’s perfectly normal to want let go & so you should enjoy those 4-5 party’s or get togethers but don’t let it ruin your spirit. What do I mean by spirit. When we’re looking after our well being we are so much more happier & able to combat life tasks so we want to maintain our training in some capacity so we don’t lose who we are.
