Preet Parmar, the founder of The Kaur Movement, joins us on this episode to share her personal journey with her non-profit organization. The Kaur Movement provides support to victims of domestic and sexual abuse. Preet shares what it took for her to start this organization, the hardships she faces while trying to run it and the reaction the South Asian community has to the work she is doing.
