Lisa is joined by Sunni Dayz who shares her personal journey with end stage renal disease (kidney failure) and how it was akin to a metamorphosis. This metamorphosis led to her spiritual journey where she tapped into her center and from there connected to her source. This led her to a place of meditation which has helped her deal with the stress of not only her health, but being an African American Woman in this day and age.
Speaking of being an African American Woman in this day and age, we need change. We've needed change for decades upon decades so I am happy to announce that Sunni and I are creating a podcast about how to be an ally. We've both been passionate about social justice and helping others to unlearn racism, recognize their biases, and get real about their white privilege. So get ready to change!!
In the meantime, I am sure you will enjoy this wonderful interview where Sunni shares her journey to healing.
Be sure to share this with your friends and family. Sunni and I are dedicating this episode to the memory of George Floyd and the many African American men, women, and children killed unjustly.
