Marathon season is quickly coming to an end. If you've run one, CONGRATULATIONS! Once race day is over all committed athletes and coaches think about how to improve on their recent experiences and how to keep the momentum going if things are progressing well. Either way, committing to a strength plan that works for you is vital.
