Over the years I have mended my anxiety to the point I can function without the need of medication, though that isn’t possible for everyone I thought I would share some tips that have truly helped me! A book I would 100% recommend is Quiet by Susan Cain, which delves into the psychos behind shy and introverted people, and that shy people are usually more intelligent! It’s definitely an Ego boost after feeling like the underdog my entire life due to my quiet nature.
