In this episode, we talk about our ASA 101, 103, and 104 sailing class and what our plans are moving forward from here. We took a 5-day live-aboard class with the San Diego Sailing Academy, the last class offered by Captain Mike Monastra after a 32-year tenure. Hundreds of sailors have learned to sail aboard the 30-foot Catalina “Karina Del Mar”, kept in impeccable living and working condition after accommodating three decades of sailing students. We discuss continuing our sailing journey by chartering sailboats in the Sea of Cortez in the upcoming months.
