How can we participate in movement that alleviates some of the stress we might we feel over this holiday season? Letting go of some of the rules and rigidity that we place around exercise can open up the door to use movement as tool to increase your productivity, mental health, and deal with the stresses of this holiday season!
During the holidays, we tend to have one of two approaches towards movement, either we get in this all or nothing space, where we have all these rules around it and if we can't do it exactly how we want it...then we just don’t do it! Or we do the opposite, we cling so tightly to the rigidity and rules that it overshadows our values and cuts into time we would have normally spent celebrating the holidays. This episode is all about finding a balance to it all, one step at a time!
