Behind The Grit | Episode 1 | Don’t Speak Unless You’re Spoken To

Welcome to episode one!  I am so excited to impart some of my hard earned wisdom when it comes to entrepreneurship and building brands and businesses.  This podcast is a mix of real life lessons, both personally and professionally.

Let me lay the foundation and share where I started, so I can share the lessons I have learned, in hopes of imparting wisdom for whoever feels they were led here today.

Everything in life goes back to the decisions you made … whether it be last week or last year.  You are living your reality based on yesterdays decisions and this is why I am an advocate for creating your life vs. living a life out of default.

The key factor in creating a successful, beautiful and fulfilling life, whatever that translates into for you, is your MINDSET.  How you take care of your mindset is critical as this will determine your quality of life.  I know, whenever I struggled, it was because I was being sloppy with my mindset.

I promise that no matter where you are in life and if you are feeling that the odds are stacked against you, there is a way out.  There is a way to live a life that is fulfilling on your terms.  I have found it, and I know you can too.  I share more of the lessons I have learned, with the solutions inside of my book “Behind The Grit, Rising From The Ashes”
