Scott started his career at Anderson consulting. He joined Credit Suisse in 1998, where he worked in various roles including regional head of AML. After 15 years of Credit Suisse, Scott joined JP Morgan as regional head of FCC, where he built out a significant size team of more than 130 people over a seven year period. In 2017. Scott joined Deutsche Bank in his current role.
