Sara Symington is a two-time Olympic cyclist from The Sydney Olympics and the Olympics in Athens. She subsequently has gone on to achieve amazing things in sports management and performance directorship. Most notably, the performance director for the England national women's netball team also known as the Vitality Roses, who won gold at the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in Australia.
She has had many different jobs in performance sports management, but she is currently the Olympic performance director for Olympic and Paralympic results for British cycling.
