Chenoa Egawa is Coast Salish of the Lummi and S'Klallam Nations of Washington State. She is an author, illustrator, singer, medicine carrier, storyteller, Qigong practitioner and teacher, dedicated to bringing healing to our Mother Earth.
Her book, The Whale Child, written and illustrated by her and her brother, Keith Egawa, is a beautiful story of a young whale who becomes a little boy to teach the people of the land about the ocean.
