Q: What have we learned as a result of the pandemic?

A: I think we've learned that jobs we didn't think could be done remotely, can be done remotely. 
- management can happen remotely.
- being able to have jobs done remotely expands our recruiting pool

Q: How can we manage if we're not in the office?

A: Management out of the office is the same as in the office [00:03:30] (listen in to find out why this is!).

Q: What other issues will we still have to overcome?

A: I think the cost structures of businesses are gonna have to [00:10:30] take a really, they're gonna have to be put under a different microscope, not a closer microscope, A different microscope.
