In this episode, we will discuss virginity shaming. What fuels this need to shame others? Do you wish that you waited? What was your first experience like? Do you have any advice for any person who is struggling with the decision of whether or not they should take that step and engage in sex? Some of the conversation includes discussions about when did we lose our virginity, being pressure to lose one's virginity, and the importance of not equating your virginity with your self-worth.
