Efrem and Ben sit with Dan Jacobs, musician, entrepreneur, and founding member of the metal/rock band Atreyu. 

Dan is a well rounded guy and discusses the California metal scene, comedy, his family life, and the formation of Atreyu. 

Atreyu formed in 1998 in Yorba Linda, California. It didn't take long for them to explode onto the metal core / post hardcore scene and signed to Victory Records in 2001. 

This episode was originally recorded in the spring of 2019 in Orange County, California. Recut and remastered and revisited at Halo Studio Hamilton in early 2023.
