Am 8. August 1989 wird die Tibet Initiative Deutschland e.V. in Bonn gegründet. Seit 35 Jahren setzt sie sich für Menschenrechte in Tibet ein. Doch wie kam es dazu? Wie hat sich die Arbeit für Tibet verändert? Was macht der Verein heute? In der ersten Folge von Brennpunkt Tibet spricht Host Benjamin Woop mit Vorstandsvorsitzendem Wolfgang Grader über seinen Start bei der Tibet Initiative und warum ein freies Tibet eng mit einem freien China verknüpft ist.
