Vi gästas av Heidi Holmlund, klinisk näringsfysiolog, som jobbade 17 år i Olympiatoppen och då bland annat nära Therese när hon slet med kosten. Hon jobbar nu med prestationsnäring för fotbollslaget Molde.
Vi pratar om hur maten vi äter påverkar fysiologin i kroppen, dvs hur vi får ut det mesta möjliga av kroppen via maten. "Carbo ger turbo". Men att det är viktigt att tänka på att det är stora skillnader i kostråd beroende på individen och omständigheterna. Hon pratar också om skillnaderna mellan tävlings- och träningssäsong, ska man göra ngn skillnad när det gäller maten? Svaret kanske överraskar dig!
