Don't quit.
That's the big secret to using printable reward charts, a free chore chart, printable behavior charts, you name it.
Too many moms (and dads) simply print out a chart, hang it on the fridge and expect magic to happen.
The second failure rate for blank chore charts of any kind happens after the chart has been in use a few days or a week or even a month.
And boredom sets in.
This is to be expected. Boredom is a normal human state. So mix it up a little. Get a different reward chart, change the prizes, adjust the goals, introduce competition.
In other words make it interesting again.
You may need to do this several times over the course of your training. You'll be surprised how your kids will come up with ideas, too, so encourage that.
