015 Ayahuasca and the Master Plants
We're back to one of my favorite topics - Ayahuasca. My guest today is Ayah Buonaugurio and we discussed her studies with ayahuasca and the "master plants" during her periods of shamanic apprenticeship. We talk about the processes one can undergo during shamanic ceremonies and vision quests and how to find the courage to do deep inner work, as well as what to do if you feel scared or overwhelmed in the middle of a psychedelic journey. The medicine path is not easy! We go into depth about what it really takes.
"Ayah is a professional yoga teacher, dancer, Thai massage therapist, legally ordained spiritual minister, as well as women's health advocate and life coach in the field of womb wellness.
She has been nurturing relationships in female communities around the globe. Traveling internationally, she has projects in Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, exchanging skills and sharing sacred dances, water prayers, sharing womb wisdom arts, and vitality practices."
