A Conversation: Mental Health and Well-being in the High Performance World with Nick Bracks and Lucien Okill

On Tuesday, 12 May 2020, an expert panel of mental health experts led by Nick Bracks and Lucien Okill from Mental Health Masterclass spoke to Football Coaches Australia members on the topic 'A Conversation: Mental Health and Well-being in the High Performance World.'

The forum was conducted to provide football coaches, especially those working in the high-pressured world of professional football, with tools to maintain their own mental health and well-being, and also advice on how to help players and staff through mental health struggles. 

The forum was conducted on the virtual meeting platform Zoom, and has been converted to an audio file for this podcast.
