I discuss MLK and the Civil Rights leaders' incredible commitment to non-violence and how, all too often, we are now seeing people excuse the rioting and looting we've seen in the wake of George Floyd's death. MLK and other leaders taught people that non-violence is both practical and moral. People who excuse violence in response to police brutality and engaging in a sort of "soft bigotry of low expectations" and we should call it out.
