ANXIETY TIPS TO HELP CALM DOWN
In this episode I discuss that there are numerous tips and tricks that one may use for dealing with or managing anxiety.
DISTRACTION seems to be a rather common one.
Great, if it works, and not the best option if you are still doing it year after year with anxiety still coming back for the same trigger.
So don't be afraid to rely less on distraction and a little more on something different - you can only try.
