Katie Sinnott is a Yogi, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and artist, currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  It is her greatest pleasure to share healing modalities, the power of sound, and yogic practices for upliftment and self-realization with others. Katie has studied and practiced various styles of yoga, including Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Hatha, and Yin Yoga for the past 18 years, and has come to know the practice of yoga as a powerful tool for living with clarity, vitality and grace. As a Sound Healer, and Reiki Master she is very much inspired by the clearing, and healing response the body, mind and soul experience when receiving sacred sound, and the universal healing energy of Reiki.
