Mary Ann Wietbrock was a critical care nurse focused on the cardiac population for a number of years until she noticed the physical toll working on the bedside had on her body.  This prompted her to pivot in her nursing career and start her own business helping patients navigate their wellness journey.  Mary Ann focuses on exercise, nutrition, and medication management with her patients and prides herself on taking a detailed and evidence based approach to her patient’s care.
