Today I am talking with Jim Leseman. Jim became interested in food, lifestyle and fasting after experiencing issues like fatigue, weight gain and other health conditions. He started reading academic articles, following online (Youtube) content and reading books on the subject matter. After the first hand experience that fasting, intermittent fasting and the right foods are, just like we were taught many years ago, the real medicine, he decided to share his experiences by setting up a Dutch blog (Keto King). Eventually, he switched jobs and started working for an Amsterdam based startup, where they use data, technology and cutting-edge science to help people improve their health and wellbeing. There, sharing his experience and knowledge on (intermittent) fasting helps many participants improve their life.
