After the somewhat successful performance of Star Wars: The Force Awakens last year, Disney have decided to take a punt on another Star Wars movie. As two people somewhat familiar with and amenable to the series, Matt and Ed watched Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and decided to talk about the first so-called "standalone" Star Wars movie - what works, what doesn't, and how it stacks up against the other installments. They also reveal the real reason for the much-discussed reshoots, wonder why Darth Vader chose to live in the worst place imaginable, and paint Ben Mendelsohn as the Willy Wonka of the Star Wars universe.
Needless to say, there are spoilers. (Also some audio issues due to a faulty mic. We sincerely apologise for that.)
