On today's episode John Palombi joins Felony Friday host John Odermatt to talk about one of the most polarizing topics in the realm of criminal justice, the death penalty.
John Polombi has practiced law for over 30 years, almost all of that as a public defender. He has represented clients on death row in three different states, and has argued over 50 cases in state and federal courts and filed briefs in over 200 cases.
For the last 9 years he has been an assistant federal defender in the capital habeas unit for the federal defender's office for the Middle District of Alabama, representing indigent defendants on Alabama's death row.
