This Podcast is with Matt Shields. Matt is a retired civil engineer who has now indulged himself in his lifelong hobby of running by volunteering at Parkrun. This has maybe grown beyond his expectations and in 2012 he became Parkrun Ireland Country Manager, a position he has fulfilled to this present day. Matt will talk about Parkrun, Counch 2-5k and also some of his interests.
