Negotiation Session 16 Recap

Update on contract negotiation Session 16, discussing tentative agreements on Section 11: Reserve and a LOA for the Flight Attendant Instructor Handbook. Discussion continued on remaining sections, with several close to agreement. Next week the focus will be on the overall economic package.
