I am Federico II Martinez, known as "FICO". I am a Husband, Family Man, US ARMY VET, a 10X Business Coach, and Relationship & Transformation Architect who empowers success and inspire Life's True Potential in Individuals & Businesses. I am from Lares, Puerto Rico, a small town in the island's mid-west region. I've been married for over 21 years to the AMAZING, SPECTACULAR, and GORGEUS Doris Martinez. Together we have three children, Cris, my champ, he wrestles, who's 18 (born in Germany); Liz, the brains and artist, whose 16 (born in Augusta, GA); and Liana, the super firecracker, the girl that can do any physical sport (currently in gymnastics) who's 11 (born in South Korea). We are a family of athletes. I am a proven, caring, and transcendent leader who retired, as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), on December 30th, 2022, after serving honorably in the United States Army for over 21 years as a communications officer.
