Emotions are energetic thread lines that exist in all of us. They come from our thoughts–which come from the interactions we have in our lives. They don’t exist in a vacuum.
But many people don’t have any idea how to define them, work with them and process them.
The process of clarifying and working with emotions involves separating them from the reactions we have (can be referred to as ‘triggers’) a process associated with a detoxification of sorts.
Sherianna Boyle is an author, coach and business leader and has written multiple books on a subject she refers to as ‘Energy in Action’.
