scope of work, performance dates and liquidated damages, progress payments and retainage, hurricane and tropical storm protection, the notice of commencement, insurance provisions, payment and performance bonds, contract termination, the liability and indemnification by the contractor and warranties. Panelists Trevor Barone from Brown & Brown of Brevard and Ryan Bonner from Anchor Painting will be answering questions about creating specs and an "apples to apples" template.
